Initial Consultation/Session - paperwork will be sent out via email and completed on computor, and returned so programmes can be tailor designed to your goals. * = included in Block Booking option, otherwise a £20 fee is applicable for the production of your tailored programmes for your goals.

After the consultation, we will include some fitness tests to allow your programmes to be designed at the correct starting point (Not applicable to online).

12 week overview is a planning process showing your route of training towards your goal which ultimately aids in the generation of your individualised programmes. Not all goals can be realistically achieved in 12 weeks, therefore additional overviews may be required. This will be explained on your initial consultation.

Dedicated time slots can only be guaranteed when block booking.

Pay As You Go sessions will need to be pre-paid to cover all sessions for the following week.

On Demand Training Sessions - Want to train on top of your sessions, then access our workouts via our website, these include Kettlebell, Spinning/Studio Cycling,CV sessions, Core sessions, Weighted/Body Weight Circuits, High IntensityWorkouts, Yogacise.

All goals should be realistically achieveable within the given time frame stipulated as long as the programme has been followed and you have adhered to dietary advice, macro requirements and balanced your calorie intake against expenditure in relation to your goal. At no point will we prescribe a programme related to your goal if it is not achieveable.
